Hello, since a few months I have a problem with the stylus tracker it is completely decline I can not draw anything

What tablet? What driver version? What changed "a few months" ago on your system?

What tablet? Intuos CTH490
What driver version? i have the last version, even after an update the bug remains the same

If you have the latest version (next time, give the version number, please, "latest" doesn't say much) of Wacom's driver, something _has_ changed, you must have updated the driver. The latest wacom tablet driver is known to have a bug causing offsets when drawing, so you probabl should downgrade until the problem is fixed in the driver.

Yes, that's he broken version. An earlier version should work better. Later this month, a version of the driver with a fix should be released.
