Description trmdi 2018-08-04 16:20:25 UTC
Steps to reproduce:

1. Right click on the NetworkManager icon on the System Tray > Configure Network Connections...
2. Resize the window until the "Add new connection" button does not appear on the screen.
3. Scroll down the connection list on the left to the end of the list.

Result: The "Add new connection" doesn't appear when the list is scrolled to the end.

Expected result: The "Add new connection" appears. (Pic2)

Or a better result: "Add new connection" should always appear even when the list is not scrolled to the end. It should be "pinned".
