Often happens after suspend then reopen (After I close it for the night to go to sleep)

1) Suspend Computer
2) Log Back In
3) Try to move window from one monitor to another
4) Get black borders

Happened on Kubuntu 18.04.01 LTS on 03/08/2018 (Today) on a HP ENVY 17 Laptop

Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved.
