Created attachment 114249 [details] some of the icons aren't displayed, another icons use an unknown icon-theme I used the papirus-icon-theme. Then I removed this icon-theme but the icons were in this icon-theme. After reboot some of the icons weren't displayed, another icons used an unknown icon-theme
Not sure if the folderview has custom loading code for icons, or uses plasma-framework. In either case, it should fall back to the 'unknown' icon image for missing icons.
I cannot reproduce this issue when applying and then deleting the Papirus icon theme on Plasma 5.18 (beta), thereby switching back to using the Breeze icon theme. Can you?
