Example of dialogue position

On my 1440p laptop screen with a 2x scaling factor, the newly added "Connect an External Monitor" dialogue in 5.13 is off the bottom right of the screen. This prevents a few of the buttons from being pressed. Occurs with or without an additional monitor attached. Screenshot attached. Apologies if this is in the wrong section or something is missing.

Info:
Arch Linux 4.17.10
Plasma 5.13.3 (occurs on all 5.13 versions though)
all packages up to date

Steps to reproduce:
Use a HiDPI display
Set display scaling above 1x
Display the connect an external monitor dialogue (CTRL+P by default?)
It should display in the lower right corner, rather than the center of the screen.

This should be fixed in 5.14.0.
