Could you explain in words a bit what is going on with your proposal? The UI parts of an assistant don't exist until after it is created. I am guess you are wanting a better way to select control points if they get in the way of the UI. I just can't tell what you are suggesting by the attachment.

It appear bottom and unable edit control nods further. I try offer solution. Thanks.
So the issue is: - assistants control panels can hide (in some cases) assistant control points. I also noticed that another thing is possible: - assistants control panels can hide other assistants control panels. The proposed solution: - remove the background of control panels (and change the icons to black) and... I'm not sure what the text on the mockup file meant: "move cursor [to turn when at line and open add menu]".
