Created attachment 114208 [details] Video showing Set Image issue Hello, I am not sure if this specifies as a bug behavior, so if you could please take a closer look in gwenview when you want to change a desktop background by dragging the image on desktop. If the screen contains opened windows, the "Set Image" feature is not showing up in gwenview [1] DE: KDE 5.48.0 / Plasma 5.13.3 Does this qualify as a bug ? [1] - See attachment
Thanks for the report, I can confirm the issue. However, that dialog is not coming from Gwenview, but from Plasma. Essentially when any kind of context menu is opened, the top-left corner should be at the cursor position, and in case that would mean the menu is cut off at the bottom or to the right, it should be moved in such a way it is still visible. This partly works when dragging to the desktop, but some of the options at the bottom are added only later on, making the menu grow beyond what's being visible.
I think the problem is that the menu is populated asynchronously, so it is positioned, opened, and then additional items are added at the end. A similar problem happens in global menu applet.
Also reproducible on Wayland Operating System: KDE neon Developer Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5 Qt Version: 5.11.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.50.0 Kernel Version: 4.15.0-33-generic OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz Memory: 7,7 GiB of RAM
