Description kaz.foxsen 2018-07-22 01:42:04 UTC
I'm having problems making custom palettes. When I use + to add the foreground color to a custom palette, the swatch won't appear until I add a color group and if I delete it, the swatch doesn't disappear until I switch docker tabs. Sometimes it crashes. I don't need to create a new group for pre-made palettes, but if I try to delete the new swatch, Krita crashes.

The 4.0 manual says you can drag and drop swatches to organize them, but I can't.

Confirmed, there's definitely some strange behavior with the current palette docker and custom palettes. Group creation is necessary to add, dragging palette swatch does not move them, and group labels can exhibit repeating text elements.

There is now a new palette docker, which supports drag and drop. Crashes should also not happen anymore as it's a new codebase.

Are you referring to 4.2? I just got 4.1.3 and can't drag and drop colors between groups.

Yes, it will be in 4.2
