Icons with different effects

Hello Development-Team,

in 5.13.x seems to be a small bug updating screen content on the left side after selecting "Symbole" (sorry, I use native native items, German).

More disappointment for me are the missing functions to change icon views in "Erweitert" "Effekte festlegen".... I use a very good and stylish set (nouveKDEGreay) and change colours in 5.12.x for "Voreinstellung" "Aktiv" "Deaktiviert" for better visibility. I don find this functions on diffenent places in "Systemeinstellung" and I also don find any comment, why it seems to be removed. 

I hope, please bring it back, it was very usefull and looks smart. For better understanding my wish you can see the screenshot....

Looks like we found the person who used this feature, Kai. :)

I'm afraid this isn't going to come back, sorry. The functionality should be provided by the icon theme itself now.
