Created attachment 114025 [details] KWin backtrace I can reproduce this seg fault with high probability like that: 1. open Chrome/Firefox 2. open Kate in Wayland native mode 3. put the Kate window directly above the browser window 4. write some text in Kate and make it a selection offer (select it and CTRL+C) 5. close Kate. If your cursor was in the end above the browser window the session likely crashes. This happened to me on every second attempt at least.
After some more tests I have to admit, that it's not happening that regularly sadly. There is maybe a more reliable way to reproduce the seg fault. Haven't found it yet though.
