Note: the theme I am running is the default Breeze light theme.

With the transparency/blur effect enabled for menus, right clicking a file on the desktop brings up a menu with a broken effect. At first, the overall color of the menu is darker than the theme, but when running the mouse cursor down over all the options, the color brightens up to a light blue color (still no blur). If the blur effect is disabled, the menu goes back to being a normal opaque white color as it is supposed to look according to the default Breeze themeing. However, right clicking anywhere else on the desktop brings up a menu with proper blue effects. This bug only applies to right clicking on desktop files/folders.
