Add new item in context menu: "Open link in new background tab"

It allows user to send some links in background tabs for later reading, extreme useful when reading news or documentation.
Not useful as key + mouse implementation, as the other hand may be busy.

This is the main reason I cannot use Falkon as default browser.

If you click on it with middle instead of left mouse button it will do just what you want.

Not working in 3.01 Win-64
