trying_to_resize

If I open some compresses file with Ark and see their contents, it's not possible to resize the delimiters within fields where the contents of the file are shown (Name, Size, Owner, Group, Date).

Steps to reproduce:
* Create some compressed file in a format supported by Ark having a folder with some file inside it.
* Open said file with Ark.
* Try to resize the Name field/column (by shrinking the Size field) by hovering the mouse in the border between them.

Expected behavior:
* Should allow resizing the fields when hovering the mouse over the border between the fields.

Actual behavior:
* Doesn't allow resizing when hovering the mouse in the border.

Reproducible: always.
