In other mobile OS, you have a Canvas element with top, bottom, left and right components that can be hidden when you press on the canvas or after a delay. On desktopm they become visible when you move the mouse.

Such component would be useful for camera or video chat apps like Ring-KDE.

It is currently hardcoded, but could be upstreamed as a generic kirigami component
