File with embedded IPTC tags

Hi there,

it seems that some embedded IPTC tags are not displayed on the metadata tab.
For example:
- IPTC-Country-Primary Location Name
- IPTC-Country-Primary Location Code

You can find an example in this picture and this screenshot.

Here is the list (http://www.exiv2.org/iptc.html) that supports Exiv2. You try to view Iptc.Application2.LocationName and Iptc.Application2.LocationCode that actually do not contain any data. The Country-Primary tags are not supported by Exiv2. You would have to address the wish to Exiv2.

Hello Maik,

Many thanks for this quick answer: I was thinking that all the available tags listed in the Settings > Configure digikam > Metadata > Views where fully operational, sorry.
If this is not the case, this issue has to be closed.

All IPTC tags in the list are supported and can be read.
But in her image is present:

Iptc.Application2.Country-PrimaryLocationName (not supported by Exiv2)

and not:

Iptc.Application2.LocationName (supported by Exiv2)

Also, take a care about the tags filter available on top of list-view. See the small buttons and the drop-down menu
