Double Trash Bin on the Desktop (Folder View)

To replicate:

1) Fresh install KDE Neon User Edition (Plasma 5.13.2) or Kubuntu 18.04 (Plasma 5.12.5)

2) Create a text file onto the desktop

3) Send created text file to Trash

I can reproduce, but in newly created Activities. But for me it is reproducable only by creating a *folder* on the desktop (Folder View). Reproducable ~50% of the time.

Screen recording

Can confirm on both Kubuntu 18.04 with Plasma 5.12.5 and KDE Neon Dev Unstable with everything from git master (after putting the Trash on the desktop by dragging it from the Places panel in Dolphin).

A phantom Trash appears that's not interactive; restarting plasmashell works around the issue.

I'm attaching a screen recording from Neon Dev Unstable using a new user account.

I can't reproduce this, but it's likely due to recent changes in kio_desktop.

Though I can't find it right now, I recall the KIO changes you're talking about and Kai fixed some fallout that they caused. And now I can't reproduce this anymore on a system with the fix. Let's call it fixed!
