It should show a list of connected devices. And the area besides of the mouse still can click.

Kubuntu 18.04, KDE 5.44, Plasma 5.12.5
Everything is fine, like Firefox, SystemSettings,... But VirtualBox 5.2.10, running virtual machine -> Devices -> USB -> (USB devices) is hide randomly. When it hide, I still can click the area where the submenu would show (if it works). VLC 3.0.2 'View' and Kate 17.12.3 'Bookmarks' menu doesn't show.

Looks like Global Menu doesn't work with changing menu entry. Hope it get fixed.
