I just tried to use the the multiline tool and failed because - The icons are broken - The vectors tend to break and persist P.S. The conflict dialog with the default shortcut for Select All is outdated. It says the wrong thing. P.P.S. Make it easier to clone precisely your brush colour to the vector colour.
Hi @Jordan, You reported your bug on Krita 4.0.2 for Windows. Multiline text tool doesn't exist anymore in newer version. It was replaced by "SVG Text Tool". the missing icons were a known issue of version before the text-tool refactoring. Also now you can use the advanced color selector while a vector object (a text) is selected. Can you update to Krita 4.1 and try to reproduce?

Thanks for trying again with newer version. I'll wait your feedback (maybe in another bug-report, about the new text tool). Yes, the Multiline text tool you are using right now is depreciated and not maintained anymore. I'm closing this bug report as "Invalid" because a newer version of the tool exist now.
