"journalctl -f" when configure the screen

Product:
kscreen 5.13.2
libkscreen 5.13.2
kwin 5.13.2

When I configure the screen using kscreen or xrandr, the compositor will fail and got notifiaction "Desktop effects have been suspended by another application. You can resume using the 'Alt+Shift+F12' shortcut. "

It also happen in kscreen-5.13.1 and libkscreen-5.13.1.
I downgrade to kscreen-5.13.0 and libkscreen-5.13.0, it doesn't happen again.

That's odd, because there are no changes in kscreen for 5.13.1:

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please see if you can reproduce the issue with Plasma 5.25 or 5.26?

If you can, please change the status to CONFIRMED when replying. Thanks a lot!

HI,
I remember the last version plasma is 5.21 and didn't happen again. But I didn't have Linux Devices any more, I can't test in 5.25 or 5.26.
