With okteta already install trying to upgrade libkasten3core3 libkasten3okteta1core1 libokteta2core2 libokteta2gui2 fails due to conflicting files with libokteta-data

Uninstalling okteta and libokteta-data (from bionic universe), then all their dependencies (maybe unnecessary?) and reinstalling the okteta no longer causes this conflict.

libokteta-data doesn't seem to be in neon, looks like it is only older packages?
