I allocated two volumes on my hard drive. one is xfs volume that the linux installed on, and the other is ntfs volume. I installed ntfs-3g to access ntfs drive. The problem is this: I moved file(by ctrl-x) from xfs to ntfs using dolphin. The file moved well, but dolphin does not recognize that the file go out from xfs drive, so the file icon is still exist. Of course, I got error (File does not exist) when I'm trying to open the file using dolphin. It disappear when I restarted dolphin. However, I didn't get any trouble for moveing file from ntfs to xfs.
I can't reproduce this on a current install of KDE Neon. I created an XFS and NTFS partition and was able to move data from XFS to NTFS without issue. Can you please recheck that this is still an issue on a recent version of Dolphin.
