I draw everyday on my Lenovo Flex 5 with a Lenovo pen and I don't have this problem in any other drawing programs. I don't use a tablet I just flip my laptop over into tablet mode and draw on it there, and when I first started using Krita about a week ago I didn't have this problem at all. But now every stroke I make is connected with a straight line from the end of the first stroke to the beginning of the next stroke and the cursor doesn't move from the end of the first stroke. I actually found a similar issue reported here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363284&GoAheadAndLogIn=1 but all the users in this thread use a tablet and their solution seems to be to change the drivers for that tablet, which I don't use. If anyone can help, please do! :) THANKS
Try to * check on the lenovo website whether there are updated drivers. Afaik, the lenovo pen uses wacom technology * check whether enabling or disabling the windows 8 pointer api check in krita's settigns makes a difference * check whether resetting krita's setting to default (https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration) makes a difference.
