Since 5.12, I often get no sound when launching a program as if it's muted, but it's not. In fact, a sound channel for the program is set to 0 volume, and I have to manually change the volume back through the audio plasmoid. I never change the volume per channel manually. Happens with Firefox, Google Play Music (Electron wrapper), Cuphead.
