On Plasma 5.13.2, the Global Menu does not work in the Wayland session. It works in the X11 session. KDE Frameworks 5.47, Arch Linux.

Can you please elaborate more what does 'not work' mean? Is it not visible in titlebar, is it visible but not retractable, in all apps or in some of them?
