Running Fedora 28
Plasma Desktop 5.12.5-1.fc28
Kernel 4.17.2-200.fc28 
Platform x86_64 (Intel Xeon)

Using kmod-nvidia-4.17.2-200.fc28.x86_64.x86_64

At various points in time it seems to not update. Not super frequently, and non-predictably. 
If I unlock the widgets and move it around it will start updating again.
