I cannot add a new audio or video track because in the "Project->Peoject Settings" both spinboxes are inactive. It is possible only to set the initial value in the "Project Defaults" Version: Version 18.04.2 OS: Opensuse 42.3
It seems you have some “left over” from a previous Kdenlive installation. Rename/delete“ kdenliverc” see here: https://community.kde.org/Kdenlive/Configuration.
