Hi, This is more of a feature request than a bug actually, nevertheless it is an important usability issue. Add the possibility to switch between connected devices from within the audio applet. This widget kind of does this but it should be incorporated into the audio widget: https://store.kde.org/p/1195707
You can: click on the three-bar/hamburger menu button on the left side.

I mean the buttons *below* that one: the buttons with the three horizontal bars.

If I switch between headphones and speakers, the speakers wont work if I don't unplug the headphone jack. Is it my system or a bug? Could we also think of a way to make it more explicit the switch? Thanks.
Sounds like a different bug. If you want it to switch automatically, go to System Settings > Multimedia > Audio Volume > Advanced > and then check off "Automatically switch all running streams when a new output becomes available".

If you want it to switch automatically, go to > System Settings > Multimedia > Audio Volume > Advanced > and then check off > "Automatically switch all running streams when a new output becomes > available". I dont have that option running latest plasma on archlinux. But going back to the first issue though, so what I am suggesting is to be able to switch between the built in audio profiles right there in the audio widget rather than having to go to System Settings > Multimedia > Audio Volume > Advanced and then choose the profile from there. Maybe I am having a hard time explaining this. :) Cheers.
