Image showing the system mic status and button in Mycroft

I often mute the mic in the system Audio settings while I don't intend to use Mycroft. However, I forget I have done this and when I start Mycroft via the plasmoid it doesn't work despite toggling the mic button. I have to go into the system settings and un-mute the mic there before Mycroft can hear me.

To be a useful feature the mic button in the plasmoid should mirror the system state and toggling the button should then switch the mic on/off without having to check the system settings.

Mycroft shouldn't be muting the whole system audio capture in the first place, and should only be muting Mycroft mic capture internally. Fix in progress

Update: Partially fixed in commit https://phabricator.kde.org/R846:d4c7a3e76997495e7c7837a34b361609622ebf16

Complete fix requires: https://github.com/MycroftAI/mycroft-core/pull/1656 to land in Mycroft-Core
