Bug Screenshot

If I click on the digital clock widget in the panel it folds out a calendar view. The dates displayed in this folded out widget are one day off.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. The digital clock on the panel shows Tuesday, Jun 19 which is correct.
1. Click on it, it folds out the calendar widget.
2. It shows Monday, Jun 18 in the calendar view.

Expected Results:
2. It should show Tuesday, Jun 19.

Distribution: KDE Neon
Plasma Version: 5.13.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.47.0
Qt version: 5.11.0
Kernel Version: 4.13.0-45-generic

It seems to be off by one day. I'm adding a screenshot illustrating the bug.
