click the keyboard indicator icon in the system tray: a popup opens
click the same icon again: nothing happens, the popup remains open
Expected: the popup should be closed on the second click

I can't reproduce on Neon unstable edition. \o/

This bug is reproducible again on Neon unstable edition.
