Krita 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 crash at loading main window.
Krita 4.0.0 to 4.0.2 working well.

OpenGL activated/Desactivated


Ubuntu 16.04
Geforce 660 GTX

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce this. If you really are using Ubuntu packages and not the appimage, please install the debug symbols and provide a crash log. 

In all cases, please also start krita from the commandline and attach the output to this bug. Without more information we cannot figure out what is going wrong here.

Hello,

I'm using APPimage.

It seems that Krita.4.x.x.appimage crashes when i use a link to Krita.
When i execute the appimage directly it works perfectly.

The link created:
ln -s /home/filou/APP/krita/krita-4.0.4-x86_64.appimage /home/filou/Desktop/Krita4.04

To sum up:

Links working with Krita 3.x.x.appimage, no crash.
Links not working with Krita 4.x.x.appimage: Loading main window exit with no error messages.


I'll execute the appimage directly, it's not that important.
