Language module when opened from KRunner/App menu

When run from KRunner or App Menu (Kickoff?) the language module of systemsettings opens narrowly, making it impractical to view the installed languages. The user must resize the window.

Reopening because this KCM (kcm_translations) still needs to be fixed individually, seems like it has QML content and reports wrong size hint initially, probably should be done same way NM kcm is

This appears fixed as it the window now has a minimum size.

"kcmshell5 kcm_translations".
