Description bokisa.mitrovic2 2018-06-15 18:54:27 UTC
E.G. my current timezone is set to Belgrade/Serbia, my System's Language is set to US English, and my Formats/Region setting is set to United States - American English.

Regardless of that, the formats (date, time, etc.) all use Serbian formatting. (e.g. a dot between hours and minutes instead of a colon in the US version).

A workaround is to check the Detailed Settings checkbox in the Formats settings, and set choose each format separately.

I've tried relogging and rebooting multiple times.

System Info:

- KDE Plasma Version : 5.12.5
- KDE Frameworks Version : 5.44.0
- Qt Version : 5.9.5

On Kubuntu 18.04
