if different category, and severity, to sorry.
we want new action rule. that is global keyboard shortcut with kwin.
quick tile window to center on monitor.
if use dual monitor, to primary center.

Quick tile center doesn't make any sense from a KWin perspective. You can achieve your feature by implementing a script.
