problem on video

(sorry I'm french and my english is bad, google traduction) I use KRITA for several months, no problem, but in recent days, I can no longer there is a gap between the tip of my pen (WACOM 22HD TOUCH), and the slider on the tablet, but only when I'm on the layer, only on the layer and the new one in KRITA.
I have reinstalled the WACOM driver, uninstalled and reinstalled KRITA 5 times, nothing helps!
What surprises me the most is that the opening of the document, if I trace on half of the top of the layer, it's ok, but if I go to the bottom half, the offset is done automatically, to the above. complicated to explain ...

This problem is almost always a driver configuration problem, I'm afraid.

* Have you got a multi-monitor setup?
* Have you tried to reset Krita's settings (https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration)
* Have you tried to reset the wacom driver settings? (Reinstalling doesn't reset those automatically)
