Steps to reproduce: 1 - Tabs should be in "Display when needed" 2 - Create a Tab, Drag outside to create a new window 3 - The window being displayed doesn't contains visible text (but as soon as you click in it, it's refreshed and shows everything) This was working a few days ago so I git-bisected, and I'v found some interesting stuff: 1 - I did not found a GOOD commit even going back 100 commits before HEAD - and this is strange as I'm pretty sure it worked a few days before. 2 - The only difference in my system is that I updated Qt from 5.10 to 5.11 3 - If my tabs are set to "Always Display", I don't get the bug. 4 - If I commentout window->adjustSize() on the Application::detachView, I don't get the bug (but then I get the incorrect size) I tried a quite a few different things to debug and fix this but failed.
Also reproducible with konsole 18.08 beta on Arch Linux.
I can't reproduce with konsole from git master, can you please retest and confirm if this is still an issue, thanks.
