Screenshot of Print Preview rendering an HTML email as if HTML were disabled, alongside the same email with HTML enabled.

When viewing an HTML email with HTML enabled, clicking Print Preview will render the email as if HTML is disabled.

See attached screenshot. The maximized window is the email with HTML enabled, the smaller window is with Print Preview. Notice the discrepancy.

Additionally, when the email is actually printed (via the Print Preview window), it is printed as if HTML were disabled. If you print via the email view directly with HTML enabled, it prints correctly.

This occurs on Kontact/Kmail 5.7.3
