When I had selected "Save As" to save pictures, Krita were crashed and file could not saved . 

in japanese
名前をつけて保存を選択したら落ちました。
ダイアログが出てきません。

Can you provide us with a backtrace of said crash or some special condition that you have when you save the file? This is way too generic as the save function is working for others.
