They need to be minimized (and unminimized), and then, they can be moved or resized normally. This also happens after half-screen(?) maximization. This doesnt happen in Xorg session.

Actually resizing an app causes the problem not only maximixing.

I can replicate the issue. Exactly same behaviour, happens every time a csd gtk app is resized.
