Screenshot of System Settings in 4K @1.5 display

Using openSUSE + KDE on an 4K iMac. Scale factor is 1.5.

Rendering in System Settings content is not clear. See screenshot. Here are many other applications have the same problem, like Okular.

While the underlying issue hasn't been fixed (QtQuick Controls 1 Label native text rendering at non-integer scaling), this settings module has been completely redone for Plasma 5.13 and will no longer exhibit this behavior
