Neither 4.8 branch nor 5.x/master branch provides a documentation for the csv export plugin.

How to reproduce:
1. start kmymoney
2. choose help->manual
3. enter section "Importing and exporting"

What happens ?
There is no section named "CSV Exporter"

What is expected ?
A section named  "CSV Exporter" describing how to work with the export would be nice

As I'm only part way through the complete update of the manual for 5.0, if anyone wants to make a first pass at the content of this section, I will be glad to put it into proper docbook markup.  If not, I'll work on it whenever I get to that section.  It should be the same for both 4.8 and 5.0, it will just need to be added to master and 4.8 branch.

As I said in the review, I think eventually the csv export section should just be part of the csv impexp docbook file, but it's OK to add as is, so it is not forgotten.  I will rearrange and try to expand when I do the final update for 5.0.
