Steps to reproduce: - Fill in all the fields introducing an error so that the connection fails - Click "Save and connect" - (Connection fails) - Fix the wrong information Expected result: - Save and connect is re-enabled so that I can complete the configuration. Maybe it should be re-enabled after any of the fields are changed. Actual results: - Save and connect remains disabled, forcing me to click back and loosing part of the information previously typed
still an issue Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.71.0 Qt Version: 5.14.2
I tested this today and actually it seems mostly solved. Editing any of the fields after a connection failure correctly re-enables the 'Save & Connect' button. The only glitch remained is that if what was wrong is the password, the button remains disabled forcing the user to edit one of the field to re-enable it. @Patrick In what case do you see the problem? Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.70.0 Qt Version: 5.14.2
I did my tests mounting three passwordless samba shares. (In reply to Simone Gaiarin from comment #2) > Editing any of the fields after a connection failure correctly re-enables > the 'Save & Connect' button. Tested again. You are right.
