Logout/Reboot/Shutdown UI with scale factor 1.7

In the attached screenshot, you can see that the fonts are poorly rendered, as if they were scaled using the nearest neighbour method. This screenshot was taken with scale factor 1.7 in System Settings and no additional font DPI settings.

Forgot to mention that this is on Kubuntu 18.04.

I can also add that the KDE loading splash screen (from the Breeze theme) has the similar problem with the "Plasma made by KDE" text in the bottom right corner of the screen.

I have no idea what versions of software that is. Please report Plasma, Qt, and frameworks version  from kinfocenter.

Plasma 5.12.5, KDE Frameworks 5.44, Qt 5.9.5.

Workaround exists in Frameworks 5.45. Fix is in Qt5.11
