Description:
I enter the presentation mode of a pdf file a second time and okular crashes. After reproducing these steps, I can see how okular tries to open the presentation mode. It opens it very shortly for some milliseconds and crashes immediately.

Expected behavior:
Okular should open the presentation mode normally like the first time.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open a pdf file (tested with several files, single or multiple pages doesn't make a difference)
2. Open the presentation mode over the menu bar (View -> Presentation) or use the keyboard shortcut (in my case: Ctrl+Shift+P)
3. Close the small hint about how to close the presentation mode
4. press Esc-Key to exit the presentation mode
5. Open the presentation mode again (like in step 2, menu bar or keyboard shortcut)
