Rename "Configure Shortcuts" menu option
The "Configure Shortcuts..." menu option in the "Settings" menu would be=20
better renamed "Configure Keyboard Shortcuts..."

I like the (rather old, I see) idea of specifying "keyboard", however it makes the menu item quite wide. I'd like to see the "Configure" word dropped from all of those "Configure xxxx" menu entries. They are redundant since they are on the "settings" menu after all. So one would simply see (in konqueror, for example):

"Extensions..."
"Spell Checking..."
"Keyboard Shortcuts..."
"Toolbars..."
"Konqueror..."

This seems much less noisy to me. Perhaps some of the more ambiguous items could have a specifier word added.

That would be against the KDE HIG: https://hig.kde.org/style/writing/labels.html?highlight=verb#labels-in-menus

So we can only either rename it to "Configure Keyboard Shortcuts..." or just leave it unchanged.

Pushed by ngraham into branch 'master'.

Rename "Configure Shortcuts" to "Configure Keyboard Shortcuts"

Summary:
This is a bit clearer, and reinforces the keyboard icon used for the menu item.

If accepted, will wait until after tagging to land it so as not to break the string freeze.
