Created attachment 112972 [details] Screenshot of the popup in question Since the latest opensuse updates I get a very weird popup every time I start kontact (see attachment). After I click "OK" on it, kontact works normally. Pasting the html from the popup directly into the address line of a webbrowser shows that the page that kontact wants to show me is some kind of first run welcome page (see attachment 2 [details])

qt5.11 ?
no idea, actually, i guess whichever qt version is in KDE:Qt5 which according to the OBS docs is the one to use together with KDE:Frameworks5... gotta have a look.
yep, it's QT 5.11 in there.
it's fixed in 5.8.2
5.8.2 of what... kontact? in KDE:Applications on openSUSE build service there is a kontact 18.04.1 ...
18.04.2
...am I the only one who thinks the current version number mess is less than useful? Plasma is ...what, 5.13 with the next release, the app framework is 18.4.2 withe the next release, the apps themselves are what, 5.8.2, or whaever else the developer picks....
Why should the Plasma version be related to the KDEPIM version? They are released independently.
