Created attachment 112945 [details] The PDF with filled form When filling forms embedded in a PDF documents, the Czech (and most probably accented characters in general) are not rendered correctly - the accented characters such as "ř,ů,ď,ť, ..." are missing. I have attached the PDF with form filled with a Czech pangram "Příliš žluťoučký kůň úpěl ďábelské ódy.".

I forgot to add that when the form is filled (edited), the characters are displayed correctly. But when the filled form is displayed, many of the accented characters are missing. I know Czech is not Cyrillic/Japanese bug this is basically bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17913
