It worked fine for awhile, then the selection tools started to select every thing out side of my selection (like I already pressed invert selection which I did not). And I didn't change any settings on purpose, maybe accidentally touched some hotkeys?
How can I make it start from selecting the inside of my selection?

Did you modify any shortcuts? And could you make a screen recording or something like that? I'm not at all clear on what you mean.
