Currently one can add a zone to the Project Bin by dragging it from the Clip Monitor.

It would be great to be able to do so by using a menu command and a keyboard shortcut. 

A previous bug report suggests that this was possible in the past:

There is a command to do this from within the clip editor, Control-I. Marking as resolved.
