menus  and dialogs remain right to left order

hi
menus  and dialogs remain right to left order in en-_us language
in windows with Persian language
even if i don't change language still same
it should be remain or change to left to right
it can not used in en_us language

I'm sorry, but this isn't something we can do anything about. This is an issue in an underlying component like the Qt framework or the OS platform plugin which we do not control.
